The American Academy in Rome is offering stipends, meals, bedrooms, studios, and admission to the American Academy in Rome for excellence in academics in a variety of fields like Visual Arts. Applications are due by November 1st, 2018.

“So like being top 10 in your class?” inquired Freshman William Veric. “Students should definitely do it.”

The American Academy in Rome is looking for the “highest standard of excellence” in students in the following fields:

  • Architecture
  • Design
  • Literature
  • Modern Italian Studies
  • Musical Composition
  • Visual Arts
  • And much more…

They are also looking for $40 for the applications.

“I’m the highest standard of excellence,” said Junior Chevy Andrada. “Hell yeah. I’m Chevy Andrada.”

The prize for winning the scholarship include admission to the academy, a stipend, and full living accommodations, such as include a private bathroom, studio or study, and free food.

“Finally,” said Senior Armando Hernandez. “I won’t have to eat ramen ever again in my life.”

A team of nine juries across a wide range of fields will critique works submitted by applicants, and finalists are expected to complete interviews in New York. They are looking for applicants that can enrich and improve the growth of the American Academy in Rome.

Applications are due Thursday, November 1st, 2018, so don’t forget the $40 fee.
