Destini Johnson and Kimberly Flores
As the end of the school year rapidly approaches, seniors have not only given their last thank you’s to some of the most influential and impressionable teachers, but they were kind enough to offer a few words of wisdom to the incoming freshman. These bittersweet last words from the seniors emphasize that time goes by fast; so make the most of it, step out of your comfort zone, and enjoy high school!

Mitchell Otis
“Stay organized. High school is not like middle school at all, so don't expect it to be. Be organized, plan out your day and weeks, and keep an agenda.” “Mr. Patterson because I'm really close with his son and he's always been really good to me; he's been a good role model for me.”

Andy Wu
“Even when you're taking a lot AP classes and such, don't really take it too seriously. If you spend your entire time studying, it kind of sucks because you're going to go to college and be doing the same thing. Just have fun and join some clubs, but don't let your grades fall.” “We got to give out our thanks to Ms. Woods the best teacher on campus.”...

Fawaz Mujtaba
"Try not to procrastinate too badly because if you do too much, it kind of overwhelms you -- but yeah, have fun as well.” “Probably to Ms. Lee because she's been super awesome and super nice and really helps out a lot.”

Adam Walker
"I'll go with two things first -- get a ton of sleep and then the second thing, get your license I've had my permit 3 times and so don't be like me.” “I'll go with Ms Woods because in addition to being a great teacher, her roasts are pretty good”

Jordyn Rowlett
“If you want to show respect to your teacher you don't have to do too much effort, all you have to do is at the end of class give them a handshake and it means a lot to them --it gets you a long ways with them if you're struggling in school and that'll give them the extra push to want to give you help if all you do is give them a handshake and show them respect.” “It would be Scott Meikle; he helps me ...

Adrian Torres
"Four years are going to go by like that, so be prepared for what's next." "I think it'd be mr. Patterson. Because he really gives us that tough love, like he just wants us to do our best. I just want to thank him for pushing us far, because I know he really wants the best for us." ...

Ayleen Coronado
"I would say, just really focus on school." "Mr. Bailey, because he has always had my back."

Mohammad Shahzad
"Miss Crawford. Because she is super laid back, and she treats everyone like family. She is super chill, and if you do something wrong or you are late on assignment, she understands and will give you a second chance."

Grace Cashin
“Don't take AP senior year. Be friends with more yearbook people so you're in more pictures.” “Mr Eason because he's the nicest teacher ever. He takes you on many field trips. I've been on like 14 field trips, other people have been on zero and he paid for our senior breakfast and he paid for all of our food he's really nice he cares for all of us”...

Dakota Armstrong
“I would say try to stay true to whatever you're interested in. When you start here don't let AP classes get to you because they are not as important as they seem they are and grades aren't as important as you think they are, other things matter to.” “I would think Mr. Hinton because he's a good teacher and he actually cares about his students.”...

Carissa Nasa
“Stick to what you're passionate about and don't live all your four years of high school doing academics because then you’ll just regret it.” “I’d like to thank Mr Charles because he’s been a teacher to me for four years and he’s helped me through a lot.”

Haley Hanners
“Join lots of clubs and do a lot of activities.” “Mr Charles, because he’s the most laid back teacher here.”

“I would tell them to like really like focus and take the classes that they're really interested in because some classes that I took I wasn't interested in and it didn't actually didn't help me in college.” “I would thank Ms Woods because she makes class really fun and she also pushes you because she cares about how you do on the semester exam.”...

Raeanna Spiter
“My advice would be to know that it's okay if you messed up on a test because honestly it doesn’t really matter that much in the scope of things and it’s okay if you didn’t get the grades you exactly wanted as long as you tried your hardest and did your best.” “I would like to thank Mr Knoeppel and Ms Lee because they're both really great teachers and they care about students even i...

Marissa Silvia
“Keep your circle small because it’s rough.” “Ms Crawford because she has gotten me through tough times and she supports my writing skills.”
